Terms & Conditions

The Willing and Relentless Coaching Group is a private, members-only coaching program provided by We Are Allies, LLC. Participation in this program is governed by the following Terms & Conditions, which all applicants and members agree to abide by.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership in the Willing and Relentless Coaching Group is determined on a case-by-case basis through an application process. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate a genuine interest in real estate investing. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Membership approval is at the sole discretion of We Are Allies, LLC, which reserves the right to deny any application without explanation.
2. Membership Fees
Membership requires payment of a recurring monthly fee, the amount of which is specified at the time of application and subject to change with prior notice to current members. Membership fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payments must be made through the methods provided, and failure to maintain timely payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.
3. Member Conduct and Responsibilities
Members of the Willing and Relentless Coaching Group are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity of the community. Participation should be respectful, constructive, and aligned with the group’s purpose of fostering collaboration and support among real estate investors. Members are encouraged to share their experiences, challenges, and successes in good faith while refraining from disruptive or inappropriate behavior, including self-promotion, solicitation, or spamming. Any violations of these expectations may result in the suspension or permanent termination of membership without a refund.
4. Confidentiality Obligations
Confidentiality is a fundamental principle of the Willing and Relentless Coaching Group. Members agree to treat all information, discussions, and materials shared within the group as confidential and to refrain from disclosing such content to non-members. Personal or business information of other members must not be shared outside the group without express written consent. Breaches of confidentiality will be considered a serious violation and may result in immediate termination of membership.
5. Use of Program Materials
All materials, tools, and resources provided by We Are Allies, LLC are proprietary and are intended exclusively for members’ personal use. These materials may include, but are not limited to, written guides, video content, templates, and other resources. Members are prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, or reselling any program materials without prior written authorization from We Are Allies, LLC. Unauthorized use of these materials may result in legal action and the immediate termination of membership.
6. Termination of Membership
We Are Allies, LLC reserves the right to terminate any membership at its sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms & Conditions, conduct that undermines the community’s purpose, or behavior deemed detrimental to the group or its members. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded in the event of termination.
7. Disclaimer of Results
The Willing and Relentless Coaching Group is an educational program designed to provide members with access to resources, guidance, and a supportive community. While the program aims to assist members in achieving their real estate investment goals, We Are Allies, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial success. Members are solely responsible for their own actions and decisions, both within and outside the group.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are Allies, LLC and its affiliates disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership in the Willing and Relentless Coaching Group. Participation in the program is at the member’s own risk, and members accept full responsibility for their actions and decisions.
9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
We Are Allies, LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members or posted publicly. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
